Bathroom is new with shower, pedestal sink and dual flush toilet. The basement suite is super clean and bright, with large windows in every room.

There is also plenty of room outside to lounge in a magnificent setting or to BBQ. with access to our fresh herb garden.

All utilities, cable are included and hook up to our extreme high-speed internet. Parking is on street / or off street. We also have room if you have a boat or oversized vehicle.

A small well behaved and supervised pet may be considered. If you are looking to hang your hat short term. this may be for you. Housekeeping can be arranged if required.

Typically our guests are in the film industry, relocating to the area, separation or construction delays. We respect your privacy as you would ours.

Creek Side Court is located in Central Coquitlam with easy access to #1 (Trans Canada Hwy) and Lougheed Hwy. Skytrain is a 5 minute drive and 10 minutes to S.F.U. and Douglas College.

We are between Lougheed mall and Coquitlam Centre, with easy access to shopping, pubs, restaurants and movie theatres. Skytrain takes you downtown, with various stop in between.
