House Policies
- Reservation deposit requested is 50%
- Damage deposit is also requested 25%
- Check in time is 3:00 PM and Check out is 10:00 AM
- Special arrangements for late arrivals
- Discount available for seven days or more in off season
- Guests are welcome to smoke outside of the house (we have covered areas and ashtrays are provided)
- Children over thirteen are welcome

- 2 Queen beds and 3 double beds, and 5 twins
beds.
